If you have answered yes then Unit Four of the National Training Programme for Community Food Workers (NTP) is for you!!

What is Unit Four about?

The unit examines the link between food, lifestyle and health. The healthy eating model ‘The Eat Well Plate’ is covered in depth as well as: - the nutrients that different food provides our body with energy balance, weight management and strategies to choose healthy food are also included. The unit is accredited by the Open College Network – London Region

All sessions start at 10am and finishes at 3pm and will run at the Seddon Centre, Clyde Place, Leyton London E10 5AS on the following dates:
