How to shop with CFE

Registration and verification process

Although here at CFE we aim to deliver fresh produce to the East London region, we do consider all applications received through our site and carefully decide whether we can deliver your needs.

By registering with us, we will review your registration form against our criteria and complete the registration process, where we will inform you once a decision has been made as to whether you have been successful or not.

If successful, you will receive an email stating that you have been verified along with your username, password and which group(s) you have been assigned to, allowing you to log into the site and begin to order fresh produce.

Why verify?

Once we receive your registration form, a careful decision is made to decide if we can meet your needs against our criteria.

Although CFE would love to meet all demands, orders and requests, at this present time, we have to be rigid in who we can order to.

Whilst we review your registration form, you can view our range of produce but cannot ‘add to basket’ until we have verified you.

If you are successful with your application and are verified, you will receive an email containing your username, password enabling you to proceed with making orders through the website

Due to our verification process, you must be signed into your user account in order to add this product to your shopping basket. Once signed in, you can add this and other products to your shopping basket.

If you are not yet registered with CFE, you can fill in our registration form and we will get back to you once we have reviewed you registration form.

You need to be verified before you can buy this product.

Once you have filled in our registration form, CFE will review and complete the registration process. All applications are carefully considered by CFE resulting in a decision where we will decide whether you have met our criteria, where you will be verified if successful and inform you back to you in due course.

Once verified, CFE will send out and email containing your username and password, from which you can log into the CFE site and begin order fresh produce from the CFE shop.

You cannot purchase this product as you are assigned to a different profile

On the registration form, there is an option where we ask you to register services you are interested in. These services relate to the categories within our shop.

Once we review your application, we will assign you to group(s) which determines the categories you can buy produce from. You can view which group(s) you are assigned to in your ‘profile’ once logged in

Example: If you are assigned to ‘Retail Shops Supply Service’ then you can buy all products with the ‘Retail Shops Supply Service’ category.
You can view produce of another category, but will have to make a request to CFE to be assigned to an additional group.
